During the world's struggle with the Covid 19 Coronavirus, I am posting Italian stories until I have no more to tell. Sii forte, Italia! During my visit to Alberobello to see the famous Trulli homes there, I ran in to three brothers - The Brothers Piepoli, as I like to call them. Two of the brothers left Alberobello for the USA decades ago, while the third pursued a career as chef on the Isle of Man in the UK. They were the best type of person to meet while traveling: friendly, engaging, and hilariously funny! Best of all, FULL of knowledge about the local area... In this first of a two-part series, take an unforgettable tour of an authentic Alberobello Trullo with the incomparable Brothers Piepoli! Next week, they'll show me the mean streets of Alberobello!
