Using the oob glitch found by aphox, i found that you can just go back in bounds via a cutscene(such as talking to the vendor) and you will have infinite hp.

Currently on roche's path this will let you keep the infinite hp until the necromancy part, where you switch bodies, there by deactivating this glitch. The guards no longer let you fistfight after that part, so unless we find something after that, it will only last for about 3/4 of chapter 2.
