TUMI is the The Urban Ministry Institute, offered to inmates at 50 prisons across the US. At Hutchinson Correctional Facility in Kansas, Warden Cline has pioneered the way for inmates to receive both economic and spiritual training. Inmates that take TUMI classes in prison, can work for Seat King, a local seat manufacturer that created an on-site factory. TUMI is an urban ministry tool, founded by World Impact.
