This is the easiest bread you will make as it requires no kneading, only just mixing the ingredients and then shaping!

Ingredients,
All-purpose flour (3cups)
Water (2/3cup)Approx. 160 ml (Luke warm)
Milk (2/3cup)Approx. 160 ml (Luke warm)
Dry yeast (1 tbsp)
Olive oil (3tbsp)
1 tsp salt Sugar (1tbsp)
Topping (optional)
Some Melted unsalted butter (or olive oil)
chopped parsley, chili flakes
Coat the frying pan with cooking oil before baking
METHOD,
to a large size bowl, add warm water and milk. add dry yeast and sugar. Mix and let sit for 6-8 minutes.add flour and salt to the yeast mix. mix and knead just until liquids absorb.
Add olive oil and knead until smooth dough forms (around 8-10 minutes).
Form the dough into a ball, cover with vegetable oil and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
When the dough is done rising, cut it into 6 and roll each piece into a ball. Roll out each flatbread and place it on a pan preheated on medium heat. oil a pan and add the rolled bread to it.
Cook for 5-6 minutes (2-3 minutes on each side). Brush each hot flatbread with butter, then top with parsley and chili flakes.
