Yet another Jamerson bass line. His work on Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On" (1971) is among the finest electric bass playing ever recorded, IMHO.

The bass is a 2008 CIJ Fender Precision with LaBella 0760M strings and a foam mute, recorded through a VT Bass from Tech 21, and an Avalon U5.
