CM KCR delivered a speech on new Secretariat construct and said that the Secretariat should be a great honor to the state and govt will construct a new secretariate at any cost. Speaking about the new secretariat during Question Hour in the Assembly, He said that there are 29 states in India in the secretariat, but there is no secretariat like Telangana’s.
