INGREDIENTS:
- Beef Boneless small cubes 500 gm/ half kg
- Chaana Daal ( Split Bengal Gram ) 1/2 cup (soaked 2-3 hour)
- Salt 1/2 tbsp.
- Button Chilies 10 - 12
- Green Cardamom 3 - 4
- Cloves 6 - 8
- Cinnamon stick 1"
- Black Pepper 10 - 12
- Cumin Seeds 1/2 tbsp.
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp.
- Garlic Cloves 3 - 4
- Black cardamom 1
- Onion 1/2 medium
- Water 1 Liter
For kabab Mix
- Fresh Mint Leaves ( finely chopped) 1/2 bunch
- Fresh Coriander Leaves ( finely Chopped) 1/2 bunch
- Green Chilies ( finely chopped ) 1 tbsp. ( 2-3)
- Onion ( finely chopped ) 1 medium
- lemon Juice 1 tbsp.
- Eggs 2 medium
( if u have large eggs use 1 full egg + 1 egg yolk only )
