We found pirates on the New River at the Rotary Club of Fort Lauderdale Pirate Festival! Tons of them, racing their ships, selling their booty, drinking rum, firing their cannons and playing great music!
This week we cruised the Dania Cut to the New River on our dinghy and visited the Fort Lauderdale Pirate Festival. We ran into our friends Sailing Friki Tiki, saw some amazing pirate and mermaid cosplay, saw cannons fire and a few other surprises!
