This lecture introduces the Building Management System (BMS) as the different utility systems are deemed applicable based on our building codes.
Included in this lecture video are the BMS Room & Fire Command Center, SMART Buildings, and Sustainability Principles such as the Co-Gen & Net-Zero Energy. Lastly, the riser diagram is also discussed as a tool for undeerstanding the electrical auxiliary drawings in a 2-dimensional vertical plane.
