Perhatikan suhu oven ya, harus 220 derajat dan harus dipanaskan dulu minimal 10 menit sebelum adonan dimasukkan.

Ingredients for Choux Pastry (roti sus):
120 ml water (air)
120 ml whole milk (susu)
110 gr salted butter (mentega asin)
2 tsp sugar (gula)
1/4 tsp salt (garam)
130 gr all-purpose flour (terigu)
3 large eggs (telur besar)
For the Custard Filling (Vla):
200 ml whole milk (susu)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 egg yolks (kuning telur)
60 gr sugar (gula)
¾ tsp salt (garam)
3 TBSP (15 gr) corn starch dissolved in 50 ml water (15 gr maizena dilarutkan dalam 50 ml air)
10 gr (1 TBSP) salted butter (mentega asin)
2-3 TBSP rum (optional)
For the Whipped Cream:
240 ml heavy cream/whipping cream
1 TBSP sugar (gula)
