This foam sheet extrusion device was developed to considerably reduce time and production costs of PE foam sheet production by changing the sheet width without stopping the extruder or breaking the foam!
The diameter – circumference change is done instantly by simple manual regulation of expansion, no electric mechanism inside.
The expandable mandrels of different ranges are air-cooled and suitable for production of thin low density PE foams.
