Today’s Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, or any ground meat of your choice
.8 oz packet Kinder’s Mexican Seasoning: “The Taco Blend with Lime & Chili
Optionals for serving: tortillas, tortilla chips, cheese, salsa, etc.
Instructions: Brown meat in a hot skillet, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Add seasoning packet and cooking, stirring occasionally, for another 3 minutes. Serve however you like and ENJOY!
*Drain excess fat before or after adding the seasoning. I usually place the pan on a tilted surface to let the fat drain out to the lower end of the pan while I push the meat to the higher end.
