Paneer Tikka Pizza Recipe:
Ingredients:
* Appel Farm Paneer
* Store-bought flatbread (naan, pita, or any flatbread)
* Pizza sauce
* Vegetables: Bell peppers, onions (sliced)
* Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
* Tikka Masala Spices:
* Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
* Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
* Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder: 1 tbsp
* Garam Masala: 1 tsp
* Ground Fenugreek (Kasuri Methi): 1 tsp
* Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
* Hung curd (thickened yogurt): 2 tbsp
* Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Paneer:
* In a bowl, combine the paneer cubes, hung curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, Kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, ground fenugreek, and ginger-garlic paste.
* Mix well until the paneer is fully coated with the marinade. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
2. Cook the Paneer:
* Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
* Add the marinated paneer to the pan and cook until the paneer is golden and slightly crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
3. Prepare the Flatbread:
* Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
* Spread a layer of pizza sauce evenly over the flatbread.
4. Add Toppings:
* Place the cooked paneer tikka over the flatbread.
* Add sliced bell peppers and onions.
* Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.
5. Bake:
* Place the prepared flatbread in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
6. Garnish & Serve:
* Optionally, drizzle a little olive oil over the pizza, slice, and serve hot!
