The Enforcement Directorate (ED) said Manish Sisodia had a direct role in the alleged scam in the Delhi liquor policy. The probe agency made the statement on Friday at Delhi's Rose Avenue Court during Sisodia's bail hearing.
Security arrangements were tightened and barricading was put across the entire stretch outside Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court, as Sisodia was taken out of the Tihar jail premises to be present in the court.
