Small pops of color can create visual paths and relationships in a minimalist quilt design. Once the design comes together, how to piece the elements into a quilt top isn't always evident. Thomas shows how to find piecing units and blocks within the structure of a quilt. Using a darker thread color to piece the top togheter will bring out the seams to add nuance to the minimalist palette. Each of these ideas can be further enhanced with the design and thread color of the quilting.
