Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer BYD has denied reports of postponing its plans to build a new plant in Mexico, reaffirming its commitment to the Mexican EV market. Despite speculation about delays due to the upcoming U.S. presidential election, BYD plans to select a location by the end of the year and will produce electric vehicles exclusively for Mexico.
