Pacing with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) or pacing with Fibromyalgia (POTS, MCS or other related chronic illnesses) is already difficult with the pressure from others. But invisible illness brings with it challenges that make pacing yourself with these conditions even more difficult.

Those are the words I often hear from people struggling to cope with fibromyalgia, POTS or ME/CFS.
Dealing with and trying to pace yourself with an invisible illness is tough enough, but often those around will make things worse even though they are meaning well.
In this video, I talk about one key thing I recommend people stop doing and explain what is really behind other people's behaviour, which is often so hurtful and frustrating.
