This nomination/tagged video series was started by the genius that is Haze Outdoors. We all know somebody who’s world has been rocked by mental health issues and I’m no exception.
Peoples lives can be shattered by the debilitating effects of depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorder, bipolar, psychosis…..the list goes on. There is a lot of help out there for people in crisis or those needing a little support to get them through tough times! But the starting place has to be talking to somebody - anybody - get it out and off your chest, find out where the help is and start the journey to recovery or at least finding tactics to help you deal with the issues in order to improve life a bit!
