Welcome to 7 days of strength series where we will be exploring strength within our bodies through yoga postures, movement and mobility exercises!
I invite you to show up 7 days in a row, for around 15 to 20 mins per day. Each day we will focus on a different part of the body exploring the strength and mobility in that area.
On Day 1 we focus on the lower body - hips, hamstrings, thighs and calves. First exploring different variations of the 90/90 to warm up the legs, specifically the hip area, following with balance standing postures such as squeezing the block with the heel and glute to activate the hamstrings and calves.
Playing with standing splits and pistol squats, as always embracing those wobbles.
Finishing with a couple of mindful breaths.
Showing up consistently is beautiful.. and powerful🔥
