Heavy rain lashed several parts of Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) on Saturday morning, bringing down the temperature to 25 degrees Celsius. Downpours, accompanied with thunderstorms and lightning caused severe waterlogging and traffic disruptions in several areas.
