Sweet & Refreshing Pineapple Cocktail: Uncle Waffles

Uncle Waffles is the perfect light, fun, and summery pineapple cocktail! Also just as good as a mocktail, this recipe was carefully curated by the team behind one of Nairobi, Kenya's leading mobile bars: Sidebar. Perfect for brunch, sundowners, or any time the sun is up!

Prep 15 mins
Serves 2

60ml Vodka
30ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Vanilla Syrup
15ml Fresh lime juice
Mint
Prepare a high ball glass with crushed pineapple and mint in the base.
Put ice in a shaker.
Add pineapple juice, vanilla syrup, fresh lime juice, and vodka.
Shake for at least 30 seconds.
Fill the prepared high ball glass with crushed ice.
Pour the drink. Garnish with mint and a slice of pineapple.
