this is a panel to mount 16 RGB rotary encoders using a single SPI bus on the Teensy. The panel runs all 16 encoders providing debounce on encoders and the push switches. The panel used MCP23s17 chips to provide GPIO port expanders. The single SPI bus (so four pins on the Teensy) can control 16 times push switches, red, green and blue leds on the rotary encoder, and two colour leds on through hole mount.
