In this short documentary Ayu Sudana is telling the story of her family, and explains in detail how the coffee is made, crop to cup.
She will take you to their own coffee plantation and show how the coffee beans are grown, following the organic and sustainable methods, respecting the environment and using its natural power. You’ll also learn about the most expensive coffee in the world (luwak), why it got a bad reputation and what it really takes to produce the original, wild luwak coffee.
