This is one of my favorite Tippin models. The bigger body adds warmth to the clear overtones Bill is famous for. Bill Tippin is highly regarded as on of the finest modern luthiers. His designs and his craftsmanship are world class. Our own Al Petteway now plays a Tippin as his main axe and he's never sounded better. This Prototype is terrific, you can almost hear and feel the excitement of a builder shaping a new design for the first time. I know Bill well and I am certain he had a blast putting this guitar together and it shows in the tone which is outstanding, big full bass and clear and present trebles. This is a wonderful SJ guitar for fingerstyle or strumming in any style you want to throw at it. It'll do it all. - [ Ссылка ]
