Millennial couple with a 5-year-old travel to Chicago, Illinois to celebrate New Years 2025. 4 night stay at the LondonHouse Chicago, Curio Collection by Hilton located near the Loop and Magnificent Mile. This was our first time visiting Chicago and although we were aware of its nickname Windy City, we were still pleasantly surprised by the strength of the wind when it was raining. Out of all of the big cities that we have visited in the past, Chicago’s train station was by far the dirtiest. After an initial ride into the city from the Ohare airport, we opted to take Uber for the remainder of the trip. 4 days was not enough time to take in all that the city has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and our time in Chicago. We will definitely be back to experience the summertime Chi!
