Rest Day! Recovery is very important.
Today's Meals/Supplementation:
Breakfast: 2 Scoops of Whey Protein, 2 slices of White Bread, 5g of HMB, 5g of Creatine and a multivitamin.
Snack: a ½ cup of mixed nuts
Lunch 1: 1 Whole Egg, 270g of Egg Whites, 60g of rice,1 cup of lettuce, and Diet 7 UP
Lunch 2: 100g of Chicken Breast, 30g of rice, and 1 Cup of Lettuce
Dinner 1: 100g of Chicken Breast and 1 Cup of Lettuce
Dinner 2: 1 can of Tuna and 1 Cup of Lettuce
Macronutrients; 169g of Protein, 75g of Carbs, and 57g of fat.
