Join Stacy for a complete balance workout. We will warm up, work through various balance exercises then finish up with a stretch. Progressions will be shown so anyone can follow along at their own levels. A fun way to improve your balance.
Have a sturdy chair/wall or counter nearby in case you need extra support. Be sure to have plenty of room to move in all directions. Work to your own abilities and omit any exercises that cause you pain or make you feel uncomfortable.
