12424 New Delhi-Dibrugarh (Guwahati) Rajdhani Express (via Kanpur) departs New Delhi Railway Station at 16:10, as opposed to original departure time of 13:55. The change is effective since 1st October, 2016. Locomotive in charge was GZB WAP-7 #30212. Hirakud Express with GZB WAP-1 #22056 in Radhani livery was going in the opposite direction, and Shiv Ganga Superfast was being shunted to NDLS.
