🐅Rio Tigre is a Brooklyn-based band fusing synth-pop and indietronica. Blending ethereal vocals with lush instrumental textures reminiscent of The xx and M83, the band’s sound conjures an image of driving across the Williamsburg Bridge at 4am, the twinkle of Manhattan fading away in the rearview mirror.
The new releases from Rio Tigre represent a turning point for Parisian songwriter and frontman Raphael Pazoumian, a rebirth of sorts as he reinvents the band 3,500 miles from home.
