Try these Low Sugar Applesauce Muffins!🍎
• 1 ½ cups Gluten-free or Quick-Cooking rolled oats
• 1 ½ cups unsweetened applesauce
• ¾ cup of Vanilla-flavored Almond Milk
• 2 large eggs
• 2 t vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup of Avocado oil
• 1 t NutraMedix Stevia
• 1 cup Almond Flour
• 1 t baking powder
• ¾ t baking soda
• 1 T ground cinnamon
• ¼ t salt
• ¾ cup craisins
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a medium size bowel, mix the first seven ingredients until combined.
3. In large bowl, stir remaining ingredient until blended. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the applesauce mixture and stir until combined (don’t overmix).
4. Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin tin and bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool muffins completely in muffin tin before removing from pan. Makes 12 muffins.
