Here is a quick and easy demonstration on how to change the battery in your Meta Quest 2 VR controller. The process is simple and does not require any tools. Simply use your thumbs and press the inner grip forward as I've shown in the video and use your fingernail to remove the dead AA battery. Then place the new fresh AA battery in. Make sure it is oriented in the correct direction and you're all set!
