-600g Thinly Cut Chicken Breast (raw weight)

-Spice Blend: 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika, 1 Tsp Cumin, 1 Tsp Oregano, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
-300g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
-5 Servings Light Laughing Cow Cheese (or 80g light cream cheese)
-12g Cheese Seasoning (Deliciou - or you can use the cheese seasoning that comes inside mac & cheese packets)
-4 Tsp Chipotle Sauce (La Costena - once blended taste it & add more if you want it spicier)
-280g Pasta (Zafarelli Liscio Piccolo - uncooked weight)
-Optional Toppings: 35g Chipotle Sauce, Sliced Red Chilli & Dried Parsley
