Tilly Mill Road, Dunwoody, GA, USA. See article here: [ Ссылка ] I'd like to correct that article to say this is not about bike lanes--it's about access for all in our public spaces.
So--I rode Tilly Mill Road the way some city leaders are recommending I do so. Every car you see across the yellow line is whipping past me. When I have no cars in front of me, it's because they are lined up behind me. I couldn't show the end of the trip because an 18-wheeler was on my heels and I was pedaling like crazy uphill. Several drivers were physically and verbally aggressive toward me. FYI, I was going 2 miles to the park. I am a 5'1", 51 year old mother of two. I live in a suburban city that considers itself family friendly. If interested, you can see more of my hands-on research about all aspects of sustainability at links here: [ Ссылка ]
