Amid the recent violence in Manipur, former CM Okram Ibobi Singh addressed a press conference from the Congress head office in Delhi. Singh said, nothing like this has ever happened in the history of Manipur. Many bodies are not being identified, and neither are handed over to the kin. He also further said that people need to be safe from the Modi-Shah rule.
