Access Disk Management:
Press Win + R
type : diskmgmt.msc
you'll see a list of all the connected drives. Identify the drive you want to partition.
Shrink the Volume:
Right-click on the partition you want to shrink.
Select "Shrink Volume."
Enter the amount of space you want to shrink. This will become the size of the new partition.
Create a New Partition:
Right-click on the unallocated space created by shrinking.
Select "New Simple Volume."
