➡️ Steps :-
1. In a bowl add 1 cup grated boiled potato, 1 cup grated Paneer, 2 chopped green Chilli, 1 tsp grated Ginger, 1 tbsp grated dry fruits (Cashews, Almonds, Raisins), ¼ tsp Cardamom powder, 1 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Cornflour, chopped Coriander leaves. Mix everything nicely
2. Take small portions and make round balls
3. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Once done remove and keep aside
4. For the gravy - heat oil in Kadai, add 1 inch Cinnamon stick, 1 Bay leaf, 4 Cardamom, 4 Cloves, Ginger, 12 Garlic
5. Stir fry 2 large chopped Onion, 2 green Chilli for a min
6. Add 12 Cashewnut, 2 medium size Tomatoes
7. Add 1 tsp each - Salt, Turmeric, Red chilli, Coriander powder. Cook for a min
8. Add water, cover and cook for 10 min
9. Once cool, transfer into a jar and blend smooth purée
10. Now heat butter in Kadai, add 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1 tsp Garam masala
11. Pour in the purée, stir continuously and bring to boil
12. Add 1 tbsp Cream, 1 tsp Kasuri methi, 1 tsp Sugar, ¼ cup Water.
13. Stir and combine well
14. Cook for 2 min and it is ready
15. Pour the hot gravy on Kofta balls
16. Add in some more Cream and Coriander leaves
17. Serve and Enjoy!! 😋
