配方 Ingredients:

Warm milk 350 ml (1.5 cup) or warm water 340 ml

The temperature of warm milk is 36 / 37 degrees
酵母5克(0.5汤匙)
Instant dry yeast 5 g (1/2 tbsp)
白糖7克 (0.5 汤匙)
White sugar 7 g (1/2 tbsp)
中筋面粉或通用面粉560克 (4 杯)
All-purpose flour or plain flour 560 g (4 cup) or bread flour 560 g
面粉:牛奶或水的比例 =1:06 - 1:0.62
Flour: milk or water = between 1: 0.6 - 1: 0.62
