You will need:

DOUGH:
1 cup milk
1/2 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt

FILLING:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup maple syrup ( or brown sugar)

SYRUP:
1/2 water
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Bake at 350F for 22 minutes.

* Sometimes eggs can be larger in size and give more liquid. Add few extra spoons of flour to your dough if needed.
