In this Podcast, Barrister Ali Tahir Arain, being a lawyer and candidate of Pakistan Thareef e Insaf (PTI) has shared his opinions and discussed about the legality of 26th Constitutional Amendment which is recently passed by the Parliament of Pakistan and same is considered as the attack on independence of judiciary by the legal fraternity and PTI. 26th Amendment has created a distinct category of benches within court and created constitutional benches and given them exclusive jurisdiction to hear the constitutional matters and same is a hot debate. Further he discussed about the cases including pending cases against Imran Khan the founder of PTI along with other political opinions.
