Most of us have been using WhatsApp for years and are a part of multiple groups with friends and family members. So, if you wish to move to Signal permanently, it’s important to move your WhatsApp groups to Signal messaging app.
There is no easy way to move your WhatsApp groups to Signal by pressing a button. You will have to create a new group in Signal and add the members again. However, there is an easy way to do this.
1.Click on the three dots menu at the top right corner.
2.Enter the group name and click on ‘Create’.
3.Once you have created a group, you can create a group link that allows you to easily add members to this group.
4.Open the group and click on the three dots at the top right corner.
5.Now, click on group settings.
6.Then, click on the Group link.
7.Now, enable Group link.
8.Now you can share this group link with your friends and family on WhatsApp so that they can easily join your new Signal group.
