In a pinch you can try typing into chat when the various timer thresholds are reached, but a speaker who is sharing a screen and speaking may easily miss such s small cue. Not the best workaround. A better way is to have the timer for the meeting change the color of their virtual background in platform.

Share this video with the timer for your meeting before the meeting so that they can prepare in advance and be ready to take on that role with confidence and you can have one less technical glitch during the meeting.
