Here's our 2024 updated video about the new Torrin neighborhood of detached condos located near Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA.
Since our last video about Torrin which was published in June of 2023, Richmond American Homes has been working hard and have nearly completed construction. In our first video, the only homes built were the 4 model homes, but in just 8 months all the homes are nearly complete. As you'll notice in this new video, some homes are occupied and others are in the finishing stages. Yes, as of the date this video was published, brand new Torrin homes are available for purchase!
Built for convenience, these Torrin homes come in 4 different models sized from approximately 1,500 to 2,080 square feet. Each home has 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half to 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, a 2 car garage and roof mounted solar panels.
The main interior living space is open to the kitchen, making the homes spacious and inviting. Depending on the model and floor plan, some homes come with either a study or a 4th bedroom and bathroom situated on the ground floor.
All homes come with solar panels, a small outdoor patio or balcony and the 3 story homes have two balconies.
