CHOOSE BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE:
A really beautiful dining table and chairs set will set the tone for your elegant dining room and help create the wow factor. Choose a large wooden table that will create a dramatic impact.
CHOOSE PATTERNED CURTAINS:
Patterned curtains will help set the scene for your choice of colour scheme and will help to create a cosy, intimate atmosphere for when you have important dinner guests.
ELABORATE CHANDELIER:
Concrete was widely utilized in old factories and workshops so polish any existing concrete floors. If that’s a bit too much for you, simple accessories such as concrete pots or table bases will help mimic the look.
LIGHTING:
Choose furniture made from simple materials such as wrought iron or weathered wood. Pair this with simple light fixtures and monochrome coloured accessories.
ACCESSORIZE WITH VASES:
Bring industrial architectural details into your home with artwork that expresses your creative design style. Bold graphics, murals and symbols on display or painting onto brick walls will create an accent wall.
DISPLAY FAMILY HEIRLOOMS:
Beautiful ornate pieces such as family heirlooms can bring an historical element to the room. Use just a couple to add the elegance you want without creating clutter.
SET THE TABLE:
To give the room an inviting feel, set your table as if you’re expecting dinner guests. Use a runner or table cloth that matches the colour scheme and lay out your beautiful dinner plates and glasses.
USE MIRRORS:
Use a few small mirrors or one large mirror to add grandeur to your dining room. This will also make the space feel slightly larger and give the walls extra interest.
USE CANDELABRAS:
Finally, nothing says elegance and sophistication more than some beautiful candelabras on your dining room table or side furniture. Choose ones which are tall and dramatic to create a focus point.
