Over half of South African crime victims don't report housebreaking to the police. But more victims of sexual offences are coming forward. That's according to Statistics South Africa, which released its 2018-2019 Victims of Crime survey today. It records levels of crime and feelings of safety, based on a sample of 27000 households.
