Friday night on the drag strip we blew a hole in the motor. After some rather informal discussion among the crew, the decision was made to pull the engine out of the sand rail that was sitting in the vendor booth and put it in the truck to continue the weekend.
We were able to compete in all three events over the weekend and it is a experience we will never forget.
