1. First we'll have a brief history lesson on evil music theory. What makes wicked sounds? The tritone or augmented fourth interval has been avoided since the middle ages due to an unstable, dissonant sound. It's been referred to as, "Diablous In Musica", or the, "Devil In Music." This evil interval divides the octave exactly in half. We'll be using the tritone E to Bb for this lesson.

2. Secondly, we'll do a theory analysis on the most evil sounding riff I could write. Using pedal tones, contrary motion an of course, tritones. Love you Satan!
