Destiny - Quick method for farming the ghost shells from Crimson Doubles during the Crimson Days / Valentine's Day event. While this is not a 320 ghost that dropped, this is proof that the ghost can drop while using this method. From there it's up to RNG to bless you with a 320!

Pretty simple, just go in and find the fastest way to suicide. Having no kills still gives you a chance at loot, and can drop the ghost shell. Using this you can end a game every 1-2 minutes, being the fastest way to farm the ghost shell - even faster than IB mercy farming.

Only downside is your K/D will take a hit, but if you don't mind that this is the most efficient way to farm the 320 ghost from the Crimson Doubles playlist. This also works for shaders too.
