"Tell me about yourself." "Walk me through your resume."

These are the questions that open virtually every MBA interview you will do. Why does such a seemingly innocuous question elicit so much dread? “Tell me about yourself” should be a softball opener, right? And “walk me through your resume”? The answer is literally on a page that you have constructed. These first-impression questions set the stage for the rest of your interview, but they don’t have to be overwhelming.
