After the data release from the AMS-02 collaboration, the CR physics has entered the high precision era allowing to explore the CR physics with unprecedent details. In this talk I will focus on the impact of those data on the propagation models of CRs through the Galaxy: I will describe a self consistent picture where CR determine the confining magnetic halo through the self-generated turbulence showing how this model can explain the break detected in the CR flux at ~300 GV. In addition I will underline how unstable elements, like Beryllium 10, can be used to constrain the extension of the Galactic magnetic halo.
