Expat couple Keith (an artist and designer) and Karen (a doctor) worked with architect Stephanie Tan-Branquinho of Spacefabrik to build their home in the Philippines. Located outside of exclusive, gated subdivisions, the house stands in between Rockwell and The Circuit near the Pasig River - conveniently right smack inside Makati. It's a home that allows the owners' style and personality to shine through.
The architect was also careful in having the space flexible enough to adapt to other needs in the future - a restaurant, a family home, or even a retail shop with a storefront.
